Shipping fees are not included in retail prices. Shipping from this website is a flat rate of $12 plus $2 for each item purchased.

As a one-person operation, I ask that you please allow five business days for your order to ship. That said, if you need it in a hurry, just message me. If it is at all possible, I will hustle to get it out the door sooner!

International shipping is not available at this time.

All orders are carefully packaged for shipping and insurance is included in the shipping cost. Customer will receive tracking information within 24 hours of shipping.

Jen Harnetty Ceramics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please be sure to provide a secure shipping location at checkout. Customers are advised to contact the mail carrier to resolve issues with lost or stolen packages.

If a piece arrives damaged, customers should contact me within 3 days of receiving the package with a photo of the packaging and the damaged product.

Returned items must be shipped back within 2 weeks (14 days) of delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value due to damage.

If you do not love your purchase—for any reason—please let me know within one week of receipt. I do accept returns for a full refund, less shipping costs.
